So I met up with Celeste P. at GM where the show was. The WG were opening for the Jonas Bros (ugh) but anyways...my tickets said row 5 floor, which I was already pretty stoked about. Well, we get to our seats and its actually the SECOND row and we were on the inside of the row RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAGE. I just about died. Seriously. Anyways, the first two guests weren't bad. Honour Society and Jordin Sparks. Minus the millions of screaming little girls, it was good. Lol...and then....WONDER GIRLS. They had a lil' introduction saying they're one of the biggest groups in southeast asia and then the music came on with a little slideshow thingy on the screens...and then they appeared! Holy man...they sang Tell Me first (in English) and oh man...so good. Me and Celeste made signs too. One said "Wonder Girls Fighting!" and the other said "I want Nobody but WG!" and since we were so close we could see they saw it! Soooo awesome.
After Tell Me, they said "Hellooo Vancouver!" And talked a bit. They then taught the short chorus part of Nobody, the dance! Haha, so cute! Ye Eun taught us cause she seems to have the best English. Anyways, then they sang Nobody! yaaay! Soooooo good. I love them.
But yeah, once they left, we peaced it outta there and wandered the halls trying to find them and in the process we found all the other WG fans, haha. So awesome. Met some really nice, cool people also obsessed with them, so that was fun. After doing some rounds and asking around, we finally found out when & where the meet & greet would be and we camped out there through the whole Jonas Bros. concert to wait. Haha, as soon as they set up the fence for the line up, us hardcore fans booked it to be at the front. Then waited some more, lol.
Finally they arrived! Oh man, I couldn't stop freaking out. There was so much screaming, and everything! They looked overwhelmed at the amount of crazy fans they have over here, but it was awesome. We started singing Happy Birthday in Korean to So Hee since it was a few days ago and they got so excited! Then we sang Nobody (in Korean as well) and they danced along and looked so happy. It was amaaaazing.
When it was finally our turn to meet them, I just about died. They're sooo gorgeous, every single one of them, and so sweet! I brought both of my albums, the Nobody album and their first one, the Wonder Years and they all signed both. They were shocked to see me have them, especially the first one. Ye Eun & Yoo Bin literally said "oh my god!" when they saw it, haha, it was great. Ye Eun also asked where I got them, and I told them they were sent over from Korea and she seemed amazed. It was so cool. Ooh, and then I told them I saw their tv show, Wonder Bakery and they were in even more shock! I had a conversation with Ye Eun! It was amazing! She was asking how I saw it and if I understood and I told her there were english subs, but yeah. Seriously. I'm so amazed. Ooh, after that we also saw JYP was there and I got his picture & autograph too! We were like "thank you so much for bringing them here! XD"
At the end, we lined up again, haha and us crazy die-hard fans got a group picture with them. They were soooo sweet and I got hugs from all of them too!
Seriously, I'll never forget that night. =) <3 sarang haeyo wonder girls!
